Bittle's Taco The Hyundai SeoulA Quick Yeouido Lunch Where You Pick the Meat, and Birria Is My Order
In Yeouido, Bittle's Taco inside The Hyundai Seoul is a taco shop that suits a quick lunch. You choose the meat, and I recommend the birria.

The B1 food court at The Hyundai Seoul, for a lunch you have to finish fast
The Hyundai Seoul has a huge amount of food. But on workdays there is often a lunch you have to keep short, however many choices are in front of you, and tacos are one of the options I keep on my list for those days. The shop is in the food court on basement level 1 (B1) of The Hyundai Seoul.

Choose your meat — I go for the birria
You choose the main filling, the meat, when you order. The menu includes birria and pulled pork (as of Oct 2026). Of these, the one I recommend is the birria; it was the easiest to enjoy without any fuss.
Open the box and there are two tacos, with a crisp, lacy edge of baked cheese around the shells and a wedge of lime alongside. On the inside of the lid, pictures of a duck mascot show how to eat the tacos, so even a first visit leaves no doubt about where to start.
What it looks like
Two tacos sit side by side in the box. Orange-gold tortillas look crisp-fried and are folded into half-moons, and along each edge a thin, irregular skirt of dark brown cheese spreads out like lace. A lime wedge sits at one side, and the paper lining the bottom of the box is printed with the shop name in red. Inside the lid are four panels drawn in black line art, showing a duck character picking up a taco by hand and a scene of mixing it in a bowl with a spoon.
Menu words
- The cheese edge is a thin layer of cheese that is baked onto the rim of the taco, giving it a crisp texture
- A taco is a Mexican dish in which a tortilla is folded around meat and other fillings
- Lime is a tart fruit squeezed over the taco, which lightens the richness
A brand with personality, right down to the box
The illustration on the outside of the box is what you notice first at Bittle's Taco. A duck strumming a guitar in a desert, a taco on drums, a chili shaking maracas — the mood of the whole brand is on one lid. There is also a separate "Seosunra branch" at 89-7 Seosunra-gil in Jongno, so this shop is another branch of the same brand (as of Oct 2026). I heard there may be a branch in Jeju too, but I am not sure.
Getting there and timing
The Hyundai Seoul is within walking distance of Yeouido Station, and the shop is in the basement level 1 food court inside the building, so the weather does not matter. Its opening hours are the same as The Hyundai Seoul's operating hours, so check the mall's hours for the day before you go (as of Oct 2026). On a day when your lunch break is tight, leave time for ordering and waiting for the food.
For foreign visitors
- Birria is a Mexican dish of meat braised for a long time in a chili-based broth, and it is widely used as a taco filling
- Pulled pork is slow-cooked pork shredded along the grain
- When you order, pick the meat you want. Saying just "birria taco, please" will get your intention across
- The sauce may contain cilantro, so if you cannot eat it, ask the staff before you order
Nearby in Yeouido
- Another taco shop, right outside Exit 6 of Yeouido Station: The Taco Booth Yeouido
- If you feel like a tonkatsu lunch in the same neighbourhood: Tsukizen Yeouido
