About

Korea Trips is a small, independently run site. Every guide here comes from an actual visit — no aggregated listings, no reposted content.
What you'll find here
Not "this place was lovely". The things you would want to know the day before you go:
- What order to walk a neighbourhood in, and how long it really takes
- Roughly what it costs per person
- Which station and exit, and whether the walk is worth it
- When the crowds show up, and when they don't
- The bits that confuse first-time visitors — how to order, cash vs card, portion sizes
How these guides are written
- Anything important but unconfirmed — a price, an opening time — is marked (changes often — please verify) rather than stated as fact.
- If something wasn't verified in person, it either isn't here or is marked as unverified.
- No rankings, no "best in Seoul" claims.
- Business details — address, hours, phone — are checked against the venue's own listing before publishing.
Who writes it
One person writes and publishes everything. There are no guest posts and no comment section.
You can still react to a guide with an emoji at the bottom of the page. No sign-in, no personal details — it just helps show which guides people find useful.
Advertising
This site runs Google AdSense to cover hosting costs. Ads are visually separated from the content, and no advertiser has any influence over what gets written or how a place is described.
Nothing here is a paid placement. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
