Save places to build a route

It's right by exit 3 of Yeoksam Station. I'm not usually much of a burger person, but seeing the Bas Burger sign, the craving just hit, and I ended up walking in.

Burger, onion rings, and a daytime beer

Along with the burger, I ordered clean, crisp onion rings — and a heavenly beer in the middle of the day.

The space added to it too — pink tile counter, a neon sign glowing on the brick pillar.

It was excellent. Good enough that I wanted to just lie down right there afterward.

What it looks like

On the tray, a burger wrapped in paper sits with lettuce spilling out, and a paper tray holds golden-fried onion rings. In the middle stands a tall glass printed with the "BAS BURGER" logo, full of foamy beer, with a stainless cup and what looks like potato chips behind it. The tray liner is checkered, and a counter ringed in pink tile is blurred in the background.

How to read the menu

The signature Bas Burger comes as single ₩8,200, double ₩11,900 or triple ₩15,600 — the number climbs with the patty count (names like these usually refer to the number of patties). For a lighter start there is the sriracha cheeseburger (₩7,300), and for something different the wasabi-mayo shrimp burger (₩10,900) (as of Sep 2026). The patty isn't salty and the bun is soft, and the basic potato chips are refillable.

Down to the basement

From Exit 3 of Yeoksam Station, turn into Teheran-ro 26-gil and you'll find it on the first basement floor of the Seongbo Building. It has a half-basement feel, so put the address (10 Teheran-ro 26-gil) into your map app and you won't get turned around. Last order is early — 8:30 PM on weekdays, 8:00 PM on weekends — so avoid coming late in the evening. It pairs well with L'OISEAU Yeoksam or Terarosa Yeoksam Station for a daytime route in the same neighborhood.

Notes for travellers

  • Bas Burger is a handmade-burger chain with several branches around Seoul.
  • The Bas Burger with a hearty patty is the base order; there are distinctive options too, like the WasabiMayo shrimp burger topped with shrimp.
  • Chips come with free refills, so it's an easy side to order, and a beer in the daytime works well here.
  • About a 3-minute walk from exit 3 of Yeoksam Station (Line 2) — easy to reach.
